Maningrida Oval under new lights

The first AFL game of the Maningrida Football Competition for 2023 was held under the new lights at the Maningrida Oval recently!
Great work by the teams, coaches and organisers and we look forward to the season!
This is a significant moment for the Maningrida community who can now take full advantage of the Maningrida oval following its redevelopment. 
Sport and recreation is vital for strong communities and now Maningrida has access to a great space for the 2023 football season, and community events and gatherings.
These upgrades to the oval were strongly supported by the Maningrida Local Authority, Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program (LRCI) and Northern Territory Government Department of Tourism and Culture.
