Island activities promote healthy lifestyles

The West Arnhem Regional Council Sport and Recreation team have been very busy this week as ‘Jump Rope for Heart visited both Minjilang and Warruwi to run activities for the youth.

These activities, which were held from 7-9 August, were very engaging for the young people.
Jump Rope for Heart is a fun physical activity program for schools which keeps kids healthy while raising funds to fight heart disease.
