Jabiru's budding performers showcase new skills

14 June 2018

Corrugated Iron Youth Arts travelled to Jabiru to run a circus and drama after-school program with young people in the area recently.
The team had a fantastic time and were impressed by the skill and enthusiasm demonstrated by the participants who showed a real flair for acrobatics!
At the end of the week-long program, the young, budding performers leapt on stage at the Jabiru Area School to showcase the skills they had learned.
Corrugated Iron hopes to bring more activity to
Jabiru in future and can continue to support the region’s talented young people in the development of their artistic skill and expression.
This program was funded through the Northern Territory Government’s Remote Sports Voucher Scheme.
Corrugated Iron provides innovative and challenging performing arts experiences that express the diversity of young people living in the Northern Territory.
