Maningrida's young entrepreneurs

Maningrida Community College Senior Secondary Language and Culture class was recognised for their outstanding work at the recent NT Youth Business Awards.
The Maningrida students won the Remote Category at the awards night which recognises students who have developed a business plan as part of their learning outcomes.
Alvin attended with his teacher Anthony to accept the award (pictured right).
The young entrepreneurs from Maningrida have learnt about product design and marketing through creating locally designed t-shirts aimed to teach people their local languages.
