Jabiru Library celebrates Indigenous Literacy Day

Jabiru Public Library held a community event to celebrate Indigenous Literacy Day on Wednesday, 6 September.
It was lovely to have the Jabiru Childcare and FaFT attend and join in the special story time.
Thank you to regular guest reader Marcia Brennan – Aged Care Team Leader, who read Clever Crow/Lawrence, N & Bancroft, B in a lovely, engaging way.
This was followed by the FaFT team singing children’s songs in Kunwinjku with the interactions, and morning tea.
