Partnership supports community clinics

10 July 2020

Thanks to a partnership between the Humpty Dumpty Foundation and the National Indigenous Australians Agency, 22 remote Top End Health Service Community Health Clinics received the donation of 49 RAD-67 Pulse Co-Oximeters.
Pictured are twins Alexandra and Alexia Pamala, from the remote community of Minjilang on Croker Island.
RAD-67 Pulse Co-Oximeters are used for haemoglobin testing for childhood anaemia without needing to do finger pricks making it easier for remote families.
The non-invasive, portable and handheld RAD-67 means a low red blood count can be easily and quickly identified and treated earlier.
