Army Cadets complete final training session for 2018

Unit 72 Arnhem Land Army Cadets (based at Jabiru Area School) conducted their final training session for 2018 on Wednesday, November 21 in front of Jabiru community members.
The training culminated in a parade which commenced at the Jabiru Plaza.
The cadets have had another successful year, and no doubt the highlight conducting the Catafalque Party for the Anzac Day Ceremony in Jabiru for the first time.
Throughout the year, the cadets have spent three weeks (during school holidays) at Robertson Army Barracks in Darwin, and participated in navigation exercise, RATEL (radio telephone), drill, and spent time firing weapons on the range. 
The cadets will now be in recess until school returns in 2019.
