COVID-19 - Remote Community Access

01 April 2020

As per SecureNT

West Arnhem communities (including Jabiru, Gunbalanya, Warruwi Maningrida and Minjilang) are closed to all non-essential travel.

Community residents (including those people who are residing in a community because they are an approved remote essential worker) are strongly urged to stay in their community.

Approved essential workers must only travel to and between the remote communities and/ or homelands for which they are approved and have a permit from the Northern Land Council.

APPLY FOR APPROVED REMOTE ESSENTIAL WORKER STATUS
If you are required to deliver essential activities in Northern Territory designated areas, each employee in your organisation will need to apply for an Approved Remote Essential Worker ID card.
