Culture college at Warruwi School

01 March 2019

Every Wednesday this term Jeffrey in Warruwi has been running ‘culture college’ at the Warruwi School for the students.
Recently, students learnt about bush tucker and went for a walk out the back of the school to collect some different bush tucker foods.
They also had a great chat about paper bark trees and how helpful the bark of these can be in the bush.
Jeffrey explained this can be used to wrap foods, make plates, cups and cover shelters.
The students all have a wonderful time at culture college.
