Great support for Kuninjku language class

The Bininj Kunwok Regional Language Centre were thrilled to see a sold out Kuninjku Language Class in Darwin last week! 
All guests took home a '20 Kuninjku words you should know poster', and various lessons from teachers Janet Kalidjan Marawarr (Maningrida), Raylene Ngarridjdjan Bonson (Maningrida) and Salome Nabarlambarl (Gunbalanya). 
The class was supported by Ingrid Johanson through the North Foundation, a non-for-profit Indigenous textiles social enterprise, currently reinvesting all profits into a series of public talks and workshops in Darwin.
