Kunwinjku playing cards

Tereza Hlavackova from Charles Darwin University has been working with Salome Nabarlambarl to make Kunwinjku playing cards, with help and advice from Salome's family, especially her mother Catherine. 
People can play the Go Fish game with them or tell stories about the pictures. 
The cards are about food and seasons - what animals and plants to eat, how, and when - so that children or balanda can learn more Kunwinjku knowledge and language.
