Lifeguard and Bronze Medallion training in Maningrida

Lifeguard and Bronze Medallion Training was a hit in Maningrida earlier this month.
All those who participated learned CPR, swam long distance, learned pool safety and overall impressed trainer Stephen Gazzola from the Royal Life Saving Society who spent the week in town. 
While he was there he also facilitated ‘Learn to Swim’ classes in partnership with the Maningrida pool. 
Pool Manager Lachlan Nicolson is looking forward to expanding the local skill base at the pool.
