From little things, big things grow in Gunbalanya

Women in Gunbalanya have been engaging in different activities with the support of Dreamtime Solutions recently and have received great feedback on the soaps they have been making. 
As part of the soap-making, natural all purpose cleaners were also created and given to the ladies to take home to use. 
As another addition to the program, they have also been creating an edible garden; including fruits, vegetables and herbs which will be used in time with the daily food cook-ups. This all tied in nicely with the visiting nutritionist. To expand on this concept, we are currently repairing the nursery at DEMED, so participants can assist with planting seedlings to help establish their own gardens and bush tucker in and around the community.
