Renovations to Minjilang Recreation Hall

The Minjilang Recreation Hall’s ablution facilities received a welcomed upgrade funded by West Arnhem Regional Council in August.
As an essential part of the popular recreation hall, this is now a modern and up-to-date facility with new tiling throughout, new fittings and upgraded lighting, and it was completely repainted throughout both the men’s and women’s ablution areas.
As a public facility in a central part of the community, these refurbishments will greatly benefit all patrons.
The upgrades have been complimented by the incredible mural which has recently been designed and painted at the facility by professional artists Kaff-eine and Jordon.
The mural project was made possible through a collaboration between the youth, West Arnhem Regional Council and teachers and students of Mamaruni School.
The upgrades to the facility have been greatly received by the community and visitors alike.
