Spotless Contract Manager Joshua Southon, Head Chef Michael Grist and the boys from Clontarf Academy in Jabiru with the new AFL kit for the Arnhem Lightning football team.

Spotless has been working closely with the Jabiru Academy in the Clontarf elective.

Spotless Head Chef Michael Grist has shown the boys fantastic ways to prepare healthy meals, an activity the boys always look forward to.

Whilst spending time with the Jabiru boys and seeing the photos on the wall, it was identified that a full AFL jumper kit was needed for when the Arnhem academies combine for AFL carnivals.

Spotless generously offered to donate a full set of football jumpers, shorts and socks to the three Arnhem academies of Jabiru Gunbalanya and Yirrkala.

These three academies join together to make the Arnhem Lightning team that competes in all Clontarf carnivals.

The team takes on the might of other Clontarf academies across northern Australia in the annual Northern Carnival and Territory Cup.

All boys from each academy must have above 80 percent attendance to be eligible to attend the carnival.

With the kind donation from Spotless, the Arnhem Lightning team now has their own jumper, one which the boys are extremely proud to wear, and they look forward to competing in their new strip.

A special thank you goes to Spotless, especially Josh and Mick, for their continued generous support of the Jabiru Academy. We look forward to further community-building activities in the future.
